Refund, Exchange & Return Policy – Spellmist Perfumes
At Spellmist Perfumes, we are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:
All fragrances (Perfumes, Attars, Body Mists, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
We request customers to review product details carefully before completing the purchase.
Refund Policy for Failed Transactions
In case of a failed or unsuccessful online transaction, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us.
Shipping Charges for Order Issues
Customers will be responsible for forward and return shipping charges in the following situations:
1️⃣ Incomplete or Incorrect Address
If essential details such as mobile number, full address, or pin code are incorrect or incomplete, resulting in delivery failure.
2️⃣ Unavailability at Delivery
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or refuses to accept the order, and the package is returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges must be paid before dispatching the order again.
Replacement Policy
We accept replacements only in the following case:
The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
Important Conditions for Replacement:
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage or defect.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Without a proper unboxing video, replacement requests may not be approved.
